Clay modeling includes free form sculpture modeling but may also cover making professional crockery with moulds and a molding machine if you are interested in that.
Tile decoration includes hand painting and airbrush techniques. The basics of different types of glazes, glaze mixing and the effect of several layers on color and texture of the finished product are covered. Glazing materials and procedures are available. No experience is needed for both techniques
Course contents will be made to measure to your needs and wishes. So if you only want to do free modeling this is entirely possible
These courses are available from January to June and from September till November. Courses are given in a comfortable room in my studio on the Beara peninsular. Lunches coffee and thee are included.
The beautiful natural environment and tranquility is a tonic and inspiration to stressed minds and bodies. Extensive walking and other outdoor activities are possible for accompanying partners.
Participants will be accommodated in a B&B near the studio with all modern amenities. Accommodation is for a full week with the classes during workdays.
